Summary: Cassie receives an invitation to the school dance from a cute athlete named Luke, and she decides to accept his offer after seeing Adam and Diana spend time together at the boathouse. Melissa sees the dance as an chance to form a closer relationship with Nick. Faye, however, does not plan on going to the dance but instead focuses on discovering a way to control her powers. Dawn uncovers someone from their past, an intense man named Zachary Star who arrives in town and begins asking questions about Cassie and the Circle, so Dawn asks Charles to keep an eye on him.
